All of our servicing and repairs are performed to manufacturers standards. We have qualified mechanics who are experienced in every area. Our aim is to service your machine to a standard that you have never experienced before. Every machine is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Where possible we only use genuine manufacturers parts, NOT cheap copies like a lot of companies do. Every cylinder mower has the cylinder hand painted and we use our on site professional cylinder grinder to give you a precision cut. We work to demand (evenings and weekends) so that our waiting lists during peak times are a lot shorter than other local dealers. Our mechanics work 6 days a week so professional technical advise is always available.​

Regarding Aspen Fuel

Since February 2020 we have been using Aspen fuels in all of our service work. Every petrol machine that we service will be returned to you with Aspen fuel in the tank and it will also come with some extra Aspen fuel for you to use.

What is included in a service?

2. Chain & Blade sharpening

We do sharpening for:

  • Shears

  • Hedge cutters

  • Chainsaw chains

  • All types of mower blade including Rotary mowers, Cylinder mowers etc.

We typically do sharpening on Fridays ready for pick up on Saturday, but we can make new chain on the day.

Petrol Rotary Mowers

  • Changing oil, air filter and spark plug

  • Cleaning the fuel system

  • Sharpening blades

  • Lubrication of moving parts

  • Testing

  • Steam clean.

1. Machinery Servicing & Repairs

​We expertly service, diagnose and repair all types of garden machinery. Whether your machinery isn’t starting, you have damaged parts, or are just looking for a standard service, you can trust that we will return it back to you in the best condition possible. We always aim to be as honest and transparent as possible, for instance if expensive parts are required, we will contact you before proceeding. Please note: we charge labour per hour and sometimes it can be difficult to diagnose or solve problems during repair. As such, we typically will not provide a quote beforehand. Please contact us for standard service prices.

Note parts and service method may vary individually based on model. If additional parts are required there will be additional charges, for example if you don't need the spark plug or carburettor replaced please specify beforehand.

Is there anything we don't service/repair?

Although we aim to help everyone as best as we can, there are some brands and products that we are unable to service, with the primary reason being that  it is extremely difficult to get hold of parts for them.

We supply a wide range of replacement parts for common problems including:

  • Replacement chainsaw chains

  • Air filters

  • Fuel pipe

  • Spark plugs

  • Engine oil

  • Chainsaw guide bars

  • Chainsaw oil

  • Aspen fuel and more. (Some specific parts may need to be ordered in)

For specific parts, please be sure to bring either the part ID or model number, as it can be difficult to find the exact part.

4. Robotic Mower Demos

If you are unsure about whether a robotic mower is right for you, We can set up a working robot on your own lawn, so you can see first hand how it handles your grass, slopes, and layout. It is completely free, and has no-obligation to purchase.

Servicing includes:

  • Cleaning

  • Blade replacement

  • Diagnostic checks and software updates

  • Comprehensive check to ensure correct and efficient operation

It is recommended to have your robot mower serviced once a year.
