All three models form the lightest range of professional-grade hedge trimmers currently on the market—made possible through ECHO’s advanced engineering and the use of premium, weight-saving materials.
By utilising a single-sided blade design, the DHCS-2800 delivers an extended 71cm cutting length while keeping weight exceptionally low at just 2.9kg (3.9kg with battery). Built for commercial durability, it features a fully metal transmission, a greasing nipple for quick and easy maintenance, and triple-laser-sharpened blades mounted on an aerospace-grade aluminium rail for consistently clean cutting. These high-end components work alongside ECHO’s patented outer-rotor motor, which provides the high blade speed needed for fine trimming as well as the torque required for rougher work.
