The EGO CS1614E combines the powerful CS1610E cordless chainsaw with a 5.0Ah ARC Lithium™ battery and rapid charger, providing a complete package for demanding cutting tasks straight out of the box. Featuring a 40cm (16") guide bar and a fast 20m/s chain speed, it is ideal for cutting firewood, processing larger logs and carrying out general property maintenance.
The combination of high chain speed and strong torque delivery allows the CS1614E to cut quickly and efficiently through branches and timber up to 40cm (approximately 15") in diameter. Despite its performance, the saw remains considerably lighter than an equivalent petrol machine, helping reduce operator fatigue during extended use.
Automatic chain lubrication and a 150ml oil reservoir help maintain optimum cutting performance, while the tool-free chain tensioning system allows quick adjustments without the need for additional tools. The included rapid charger can recharge the supplied 5.0Ah battery from empty in approximately 40 minutes, helping minimise downtime between jobs.
