The EGO CSX5000 is EGO's first Pro X rear handle chainsaw, developed specifically for professional users who require the performance of a petrol ground saw without the noise, emissions and maintenance associated with combustion engines. Designed with balance and ergonomics as a key focus, the CSX5000 is built to remain comfortable during long working days and demanding cutting applications.
Delivering an adjustable chain speed of up to 30m/s, the CSX5000 offers cutting performance comparable to established professional petrol chainsaws. Its 50cm (20") guide bar and full chisel chain provide aggressive, fast cutting performance through larger timber, making it ideal for forestry work, estate maintenance, tree surgery ground operations and commercial firewood production.
A new integrated display screen provides real-time information including oil level, battery capacity and selected chain speed, allowing operators to monitor performance at a glance. Automatic chain lubrication, combined with both an oil window and oil sensor indicator, helps maintain optimum chain performance while reducing the risk of running the saw without lubrication.
The larger 250ml oil reservoir, professional chain specification and enhanced balance make the CSX5000 a serious cordless alternative for professional users moving away from petrol equipment.
