The 800AL SP Pro takes everything that makes the standard 800AL SP a capable machine and specifies it up for professional daily use. The jump from the 163cc 675EXI to the 190cc 850EX Pro OHV engine is meaningful — more torque for tackling longer, denser grass without the engine labouring, and a heavier-duty gearbox to match. This is a machine built for operators who are on their feet all day and need their equipment to keep up.
 
The low-vibration handlebar is the headline feature at the Pro level, rated at 3.10 m/s² — significantly lower than a standard commercial mower. Over a full day's professional use that difference accumulates, and reduced vibration exposure is both a health consideration and a comfort one. The heavy-duty throttle control and adjustable handle height add to the ergonomic specification that sets this apart from the standard model.
 
The four-blade disc cutting system replaces the single blade setup and delivers a finer, more consistent finish — particularly on uneven ground where a single blade can scalp or miss. The 67-litre grass catcher is one of the largest in the Masport range, reducing the number of emptying stops on larger lawns. The alloy deck, wash-port, single lever height adjustment, and Smartchute three-mode cutting system all carry over from the standard 800AL SP.
