Selection and procurement of the 43U was relatively simple via the website however, collection wasn't. I received a message saying that it was ready for collection however, when I collected it, the shop forgot to give me the harness resulting in me having to go back the next day. I had a similar experience when the shop serviced my chainsaws. They sent a text saying the machine was ready for collection however, upon arriving at the shop, only one was ready, the other wasnt. Poor communication.
