Webb WEPWTSP 22" (56cm) Self-Propelled Petrol Wheeled Line Trimmer
The self-propelled version of the WEPWT takes the same 161cc Webb DVO165 engine and 22" (56cm) cutting width and adds drive to the wheels — a meaningful upgrade on sloping ground, uneven terrain, and larger areas where pushing 33.5kg for an extended session would become tiring. The drive does the work of moving the machine forward, leaving the operator to focus on guiding it accurately rather than fighting the weight.
Four 4mm cutting lines running at 3,000 RPM handle long grass, dense weeds, and rough vegetation that standard mowers can't reach — roadside verges, field edges, steep banks, and overgrown areas that need more than a handheld trimmer but can't be mowed conventionally. The 40-95mm cutting height range is notably practical for this type of work — the 95mm upper limit allows tackling genuinely tall vegetation before stepping down, rather than being limited to shorter growth.
The large 35cm wheels provide stability and smooth progress across the uneven, rutted, and soft ground that characterises the areas this machine is designed for. At 33.5kg the self-propelled drive makes the weight a non-issue in operation, and the wide cutting width covers rough ground efficiently with fewer passes.
